Listening To Music

Many nutrition programs focus only on what to eat.

The Mindful Eating Reset explores why we eat the way we do. By combining holistic nutrition guidance with hypnosis and mindful movement and awareness practices, we support clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change.

Clients listen to a guided self-hypnosis audio each day for 28 days to help:

• release subconscious eating patterns
• reinforce mindful awareness
• build new habits around nourishment

Your Support Team

As a mother-daughter team, we share a passion for helping others cultivate healthier and more mindful lifestyles. With backgrounds in holistic nutrition, hypnosis, and mindfulness practices, we have combined our experience to create a supportive program that addresses both the nutritional and emotional aspects of eating habits.

Together, we created the Mindful Eating Reset to support individuals who want a gentler, more compassionate approach to nourishing their bodies and changing long-standing eating patterns.

Just wanted to provide a little update. 3 weeks after starting, I am down 7.5 pounds. I have only had one “bad” day where I felt I was craving food like chocolate, chips etc. while I did eat more than I wanted to that day, I did keep it under control.
